What’s gone before

As part of my White series, this makes for an interesting tangent — a worn reminder of a function long since lost. An exit or entrance, perhaps a speakeasy or a secret club, maybe even the gateway to a beautiful inner London garden. Only the owners will know now, as it's real purpose has been taken from us.
